Projects and activities that require industrial / craft licensing
According to No. residence 92108/1045/Φ.15/2020 (Government Gazette 3833Β'/2020), Classification in the categories of paragraph 1 of article 1 of Law 4014/2011 (Α΄ 209), of manufacturing and related activities provided for in the provisions of the joint ministerial decision under data 3137/191/ Φ.15/21-3-2012 (Β΄ 1048), as applicable, in accordance with the provisions of par 9a of article 20 of Law 3982/2011 (A' 143), the businesses included in the above law are obliged, depending on their classification, to have an operating license and to comply with the existing legislation.
According to No. 92108/1045 / Φ.15 / 2020 (Government Gazette 3833Β '/ 2020), Classification in the categories of par. 1 of article 1 of law 4014/2011 (AD 209), of the processing and related activities provided in the provisions of the joint ministerial decision under elements 3137/191 / Φ.15 / 21-3-2012 (ΒΔ 1048), as in force, according to the provisions of par. 9a of article 20 of law 3982/2011 (Α΄ 143) , the companies that are part of the above law, are obliged, depending on the classification, to have an operating license and to comply with the current legislation .
